  • Referral to inpatient detox facility if necessary

CASE MANAGEMENT

  • Provide list of local meetings with locations and times

  • Provide list of local transportation services and phone numbers

  • Assisting with shelters / placement

  • Assisting with DHS and safety plan goals implemented for the family

  • Assisting with Law enforcement regulations for those on probation/ parole

  • Education on sobriety

  • Re-entrance into society as a member of society

  • Education for environmental responses on changes that need to be implemented

  • Community resources for continuing sobriety

  • Family support systems for accountability (meetings/ gatherings with family/friends)
