COUNSELING
What types of counseling do you provide?
We provide individual counseling for children, adolescents, and adults. Our counselors address concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, life transitions, stress management, and more.
What can I expect during my first counseling appointment?
Your first appointment will focus on gathering information about your concerns, history, and goals. Your counselor will work with you to develop a treatment plan tailored to your individual needs.
How often will I need counseling sessions?
Frequency varies based on individual needs. Many clients begin with weekly sessions and adjust as progress is made.

What is medication management?

How do I know if medication is right for me or my child?

SPRAVATO
What is Spravato®?
Spravato® (esketamine) is an FDA-approved treatment for adults with treatment-resistant depression. It works differently than traditional antidepressants and is administered in-office under medical supervision.
Who qualifies for Spravato® treatment?
Spravato® is typically recommended for adults who have not responded adequately to traditional antidepressant medications. A provider evaluation is required to determine eligibility.
What happens during a Spravato® appointment?
Treatment is administered in our office under supervision. Patients are monitored for approximately two hours following administration to ensure safety.
Is Spravato® covered by insurance?
Coverage varies by insurance provider. Our team can help verify benefits and discuss coverage options.

What is behavioral health testing?
